Sadly, Martin lost his home when his dad had to go into senior housing that doesn't allow pets. He is a big gentle boy with so much love to offer. You can see in his pic he's rubbing, giving to love! He can be very shy in new places so he needs someone who doesn't mind a slow transition, understanding it can take a month for him to feel safe. Sadly he was placed, BUT instead of keeping him in one room, he was allowed access to a large home. He quickly found a hiding spot and stayed put. Because he didn't get one-on-one with his new parent they never bonded so we had to go rescue him. We can't allow this to happen again, he must have felt so scared and alone in that big house. He will need to be started in a single room until he feels confident with his new parent. Adoption fee waived for the right person.
